1. When can I sign my lease agreement for Fall 2013?

You can sign it today! Hurry in to reserve your spot for Raleigh's new student high rise located within walking distance of NC State!

1. Do I need my parent/guardian with me to sign a lease

    Agreement?

To sign a lease agreement we do NOT need your parent or guardian present.

1. What if I do not have roommates?

No problem! We offer a roommate matching service and you can stop by our leasing office to take a look
at the profiles of other people needing roommates as well.

1. What is the lease term at Valentine Commons?

We offer twelve month leases. The lease begins August 15, 2013 and ends on July 31, 2014.

1. What appliances are provided in each unit?

Refrigerator with ice maker, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer

1. What utilities are included?

ALL utilities are covered in the rental rates. Rates include electric, water, sewer, cable and internet.
You will also have access to all of the amenities as well as on site management!

1. What furniture options are available?

All apartments are FULLY furnished!

1. When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1^st of every month with a grace period until the 5^th day of the month. Rent is considered
late beginning on the 6^th of each month. Please note that late fees will start to accrue beginning on the 6^th day.

What type of leases do you offer?

We offer individual leases. This is a great option for you since each person is responsible for their own
portion of the rent and not their roommates.
