Parental/Sponsor Guaranty

Resident has fourteen days from the execution of the Lease Agreement to return
the parental/sponsor guaranty. This form serves as an assurance to the lease
agreement and must be notarized. You are welcome to fax or email the completed document; however, we will need the original copy for our records.
